I didnt go to breakfast
The inside pool was very very cold. No one used it at all. I didnt want to use the outside pool but I did and it was very nice and warm.

The property is very clean and the staff are fun and welcoming.
So...I did not know that reception leaves after a certain time and I was calling the sister property all night complaining about my neighbors who were fighting on the balcony next to mine. They fought so bad that I stayed up in fear of something happening to the woman. Mind you, I was there for business and couldn't get anyone from the property until after 7a ( the fighting started at or around midnight). So you can imagine how my day went. And when I finally did reach someone, I felt like they brushed me off. So yeah, that was disappointing. Outside of that, the property is beautiful.

Can communicate via text. They did compensate me with a gift for the inconvenience.
Have stayed here many times and NEVER had issues with smells and bugs.
