Location was great. quiet working class neighborhood with a classy restaurant and hometown bar in walking distance. easy drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Rialto Road is tricky for large vehicles but my SUV managed it fine. House is amazingly clean with a modern washer and dryer, and kitchen. Host is easy to reach and attentive. The parking is a plus. I stayed in Pittsburgh before and it took awhile to park. not here. bedrooms have roku TVs besides living room. mattresses look new. the living room has nice seating. nice hardwood floors.
Bathroom is on first floor and bedrooms on second floor. second floor was a bit warm as the hvac system heats both floors but there was a heat wave and it wasn't too bad upstairs. we saw 98 degrees when we were there and things improved when it went back to normal summer temperatures. Host is very receptive to feedback.

How easy the host properly has everything instructed.
