Room Palma

I like how easy it was to access my room, total privacy & very peaceful.

Bed was very comfortable, room was of good size. The shared bathroom had working plumbing and seemed clean. The room I stayed in seemed clean. Courtesy lights out front lit the way inside when it was night, a considerate provision. There are many low-cost restaurants and groceries within a 15 minute driving radius. Bud's Chicken, Checkers fast food and several Mexican places looked good to me. Only 20 minutes back to the veterans hospital.

The shared bathroom was very hot. The whole house had a vibe like it had been horrible at some point, and someone came in and covered up all the horror without really cleansing it first. That wasn't necessarily what happened, just the unhappy aura the place gave off to me. Parking was mostly on the lawn, though at least we each had a place to park. Was the kitchen for guest use? Was the cereal for guest use? No information provided so I avoided. Though not the nicest neighborhood in WPB, I never felt unsafe.
