I liked that the place was close/nearby to everything I needed. Spacious staying area and it was clean.

Wish it had an area rug when coming in due to it raining the weekend of my stay coming in and out with wet shoes was kind of messy. Need a little noise canceling space. You can hear word for word when people are outside. Can only imagine they coukd hear people talking inside.

Too many lights in courtyard causing room to be lit up at night....

The only redeeming qualities of this place: free street parking out front was easy to come by, location was near to a lot of great areas downtown, and onsite laundry was convenient.

When we arrived it was musty and damp, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong. Despite cleaning out the dirty and molded dehumidifer we determined that to be the culprit of the smell, beyond what lingers in the walls. Communication through Booking.com resulted in autoreplies that didn't make sense and repeated messages. The bed frame was broken and needs to be replaced, we had to keep propping up parts. Would've been nice if the common area was cleaned up and the furniture wasn't broken so you could enjoy the court yard.
