location was amazing. Free transportation on two shuttles, 7a to 11p. Would never have rented a car, you don't need it. Loved the beach.

check in was horrible ! called me the day of the flight to send me door and gate codes. Never sent them. We had a late flight, called their emergency number, no help. Sat at the gate, blocking traffic in and out, for 30 minutes. Property manager called again. States she called back 3 times to give me codes. She did not and when I said someone was supposed to meet us there, check ID and put a credit card on file, no one met us. Property manager was loud, rude and after sitting 45 minutes with a crying child she asked if I just wanted a refund ! You are on your own if you check in after 4pm. Laundry on site but you pay for it, in a separate building. The condo is clean on the surface. Under the beds and bathrooms dirty. Make up smeared on the walls in the bathroom, that we washed off very easily. You do not have a private beach entrance as stated Just a very public, but beautiful beach. Rentals up and down the village would make you think they would try harder. The pool is beautiful and we'll maintained but not for littles. Starts at 4.4 foot deep and goes to 7 foot. No life jackets available or life guard. Would we stay again, ummm...no.
