Great location, very well-maintained, and excellent communication from the host. The rooms had enough beds for our group, and there was plenty of parking. The location was about 15 minutes from downtown and had many local food options. Overall, an excellent stay.
The backyard could use some work, but we were so busy we didn't have time to use it.

Clean, neatly organised, nice decorations, good facilities.
Issues with room temperature.
Downstairs area was seemingly too cold but upstairs was fine.
