We visited in the low season, end of May, beginning of June. Our unit overlooked Sawmill Creek. It is a short walk to the main street, and close to restaurants and shops. Though the bedroom is a tight space, the front room has a couch, table, and chairs. So overall it was quite comfortable.
The parking does not have guaranteed availability. This isn't a problem during low season, but potentially a problem during high season. Our unit was some distance from the nearest parking space and upstairs. There is no elevator, so beware if you have a lot of gear.

Small unit with separate bedroom but laid out very well and has everything you need. Comfortable beds and quiet. Great location, walk to shops and restaurant and the free bus is pretty much right outside. The lobby area has a big open fire by a pool table. heaps of space to relax. There's a games room downstairs with foosball and table tennis. Two spa pools outside. Free Parking.
