Lage war gut - nahe Innenstadt und Hafen. Da Handtücher, Bettzeug und alle Utensilien (Spülsachen, Lebensmittel usw) mitzubringen sind, war Lage in 2.OG etwas mühsam. TG Stellplatz war ok. Auch die Wohnung an sich ist hochwertig ausgestattet.
Rolladen an großer Balkontür war abgenommen worden - keine Info hierzu - morgens sehr starke Blendung, da kein Rollo. Beleuchtungstechnik sehr kompliziert mit Dimmern und mehr als 7 Schaltern in WZ und 6 in SZ und Flur. Matratzen zu schwammig - man kullerte entweder nach innen oder nach außen.
