The staff was very good. Only because of him i have given 8. Or else this stay with this price is not that great. The location was very good.

Facilities in the room was very poor. No shampoo or tooth brush. No hair dryer, no fridge. With 14 k invested for two days. This is not worth it..

Had a great time here, and the beach view is just fantastic. Overall it was a great experience and hospitality

Large room with a clean bathroom. Nice balcony overlooking the front lawn, not much else to praise. Ajay, the friendly caretaker & his family live at the front, keeping an eye over the place. They clean the vacated rooms & prepare them for the next gusts

Main dislike is the location, which is such a pity as the views overlooking Mattu Beach are beautiful but the beach & surrounding area is filthy, just rubbish everywhere & men pooing on the beach in the early morning. I am completely shocked how the locals can’t do something about it, in particular the Casa Nada owners could organise some clearance of the beach right in front of their property, as well as the filth next to theirs. The room charge is high & most nights all rooms were occupied, so they must be able to pay local people to keep the area clean. I definitely would not recommend staying here & I found a much cleaner place just a few kms south, Kapu Beach is the place to visit. Really Karnataka/Udupi you can do better than this for visitors to your region, you should be ashamed at the pollution & environmental damage that you are causing
