Beautiful area, very much a Spanish community. Amazing sun all day, beautiful house, could pass as a mini villa. Beautiful interior. Amazing balcony with the straightest floor ever. Amazing sunsets especially walking through the desert path towards las galletas.
Dogs are very noisy in the area, they can bark all night and sunrise. There are rather a few dogs which are loud. The neighbours are lovely people as we spoke to a few but also at times can be exceptionally loud. When it is 7-9am or after 22.00pm it should be peaceful catching mid day naps can only happen if all doors and windows are closed which isn't ideal as it gets rather hot inside or get fresh air and put up with the noise.
The flowers need a bit of love. We watered them daily but they look knackered.

Amplasamentul casei in zona linistita. Loc de parcare foarte convenabil, chiar in fata casei. Dispune de aer conditionat. Bucatarie utilata . Presiunea apei super ok. Apa calda disponibila pentru 3 persoane. Masina de spalat functioneaza ok.
Scurgerea apei de la dus era infundata. La fel si pentru chiuveta din bucatarie. Nu are in dotate un espresor pentru cafea. Nu are in dotare un fier de calcat. Curatenia se poate si mai bine. Casa ar trebui zugravita.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and perfectly located — close to shops, a bus stop, and the ocean. There’s convenient parking right in front of the house, which makes everything so easy. The water pressure is excellent, and everything worked perfectly. The host, Silvia, is extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything was simply wonderful — we highly recommend this place!
The drawbacks are so minimal that there’s really no need to mention them — the property has just recently started being rented out, so everything is in great condition. The only funny thing was that the neighbor’s cat occasionally came to “do its business” on the lawn 😊, but that’s more amusing than inconvenient!

Estaba muy sucio, especialmente la cocina y las sábanas olían a usadas. El horno no funcionaba y no dejaron nada de productos de limpieza
