Posizione vicino al mare e vicino al centro di Roseto. Perfetto per non usare l'auto. Appartamento piccolo ma nuovo. Dotato di tutto il necessario, con terrazzo abitabile. Infissi nuovi che isolano dal rumore del treno (che passa spesso, anche di notte). Tv grande. Wifi funzionante. Gestore sempre pronto a risolvere un eventuale problema. Poche zanzare.
Appartamento con cucinino piccolo, con pochissimo spazio di appoggio per riporre le provviste. Bagno cieco. Poca luce naturale per come è posizionato. In generale appartamento molto piccolo. Sarebbe bastato qualche metro quadrato in più. Terrazza quasi sempre in ombra (lato positivo si poteva mangiare fuori anche a pranzo senza soffrire il caldo). Se vuoi dormire con la porta finestra aperta (chiudendo gli scuri che lasciano passare l'aria) senti il treno (dietro casa). Non ci sono le zanzariere.
