O FLAT tem uma ótima localização e é melhor que um quarto de hotel: tem área de estar e uma pequena copa/cozinha.
É necessário que as administradoras (ou o proprietário) façam uma boa vistoria antes de alugar , essencialmente em aparelhos eletro/eletrônicos (como TV, por exemplo) e instalações sanitárias (pouca vazão, entupimento de ralo etc). Tivemos problemas com a TV e com o ralo do box... mas foram solucionados com rapidez.

Pane na rede eletrica, microondas nao funcionando direito, telvisao e ar desligando constantemente, e precisava de trocas de lençol pelo menos 1 no meio da diaria, fiquei 10 dias de diarias e me incomodou um pouco isso.

Atendimento muito Ruim, tive um briga com o manobrista que não queria me devolver meu carro por ter perdido o papel , sem me explicar um outra alternativa, a recepção sem um pingo de empatia, funcionarios mal humorado..não gostei de nada
