The place is really beautiful and clean, perfect for a family or a group of 4-5 members. The villa is modern and good looking, and the pool experience is gorgeous, beautiful landscape to admire while relaxing - we fell asleep on the exteriors sunbeds. The parking spot is really spacious and private, right next to the property.

You have to drive carefully to the property as the road is steep with some corners - not that bad as it is wide enough, but you have to be careful, especially if wet. Also, the place is still new and still misses some appliances and finishes - the owners promised that until next season the place will be even greater and better equipped. However, we had more than we asked for at the price.

The house was brand new. Everything inside was clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed - fridge, coffee maker (you need to buy the capsules from the supermarket), etc. The best thing I liked was the quiet area and the terrace. You can see the sun in the morning coming up over the mountains during the summer months. There is also a small pool, and you have a private parking spot. The cleaning lady didn't come, but that was OK for us - we only slept there - during the day we went to the beach, in the evening we went to Parga to eat and see the town, etc. As a summary, if you want more space for yourself, more nature, and are looking for a peaceful place, this is as much as you can get to Parga. You still have to walk, and there's a steep climb, but it helped us with the food, not getting too many kilos. If you need a taverna, you have the first one down below at 200 meters away - taverna Perivoli. We didn't eat here as it was too close to our location. The second one is "The 5 Senses" - same, it was too close. We eat only in the centre of Parga. You have a somewhat close, small, beautiful beach 800 meters away. The second one, approximately 1 km away, is larger and right in Parga. If you don't like these (I didn't, as I was in full season in August), you have a large beach named Lichnos beach at 2-3 km away. You need a car to reach this one, but you can also go there on foot - at 4.5 km away over the mountain, rough terrain, and only for the PROs, trained people. There are three large parking places at Lichnos beach - one large free parking place and another paid one, 7 Euros, or you can get in the first one if you get there early for free, but you have to pay for the umbrellas, 10 Euros. Overall, I spent 5 days and loved it; I really can't complain about anything.

There's a steep road and you have to be focused and careful, there are two turning points and the road is narrow. After 2-3 times I got used to it but it was scary the first time (I've been tired and after a long trip - 14 hours).
