Die Lage des Appartment-Hauses ist super, mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Anbindung an Busse und Bahnen super. Parkgarage ist geräumig und sicher. Personal des Appartment-Hauses war sehr nett.
Die Unterkunft war dreckig und der Boden nicht richtig gewischt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren voller Flecken, Make-Up-Reste und Haare. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber und im Schrank lagen vergessene Sachen früherer Gäste. Die Dusche war voller Kalkflecken und Sand. Außerdem stand ein nasser Wisch-Mob im Badezimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass keine weitere Reinigung möglich sei und der aktuelle Zustand „dem üblichen Standard entspreche“. Trotz Fotos wurde nicht reagiert, nicht mal neue Handtücher geliefert. Ich würde nicht mehr bei diesem Anbieter, sondern beim Appartment-Haus direkt buchen.
