From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. The place has a warm, homely feel while still giving you the perfect Kodaikanal getaway experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The ambience, views, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. You can phrase it positively and constructively like this: One small area for improvement would be the surroundings. There was ongoing construction in the neighbourhood during our stay, and some construction equipment and materials were placed along the road leading to the property, which made access slightly difficult at times. We understand this is temporary and beyond the property’s control, but once the construction is completed, the approach to the property will be much more convenient.
