Westfield was a short distance away. Great for hungry kids. I booked mainly for the carpark space and near family so I don't have to drive far. Good security as well
The ramp into the carpark was a bit tricky. No place to stop the car to grab the keys unless park elsewhere. Other than that, I don't have complains

The location was very good and convenient and facilities like a washing machine and oven were handy. The kitchen was clean and well appointed.
One of the beds was very uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would expect (hairs on the floors and in second shower). Skirting and sliding doors were dirty, the place could do with a deep clean.
The furniture was very cheap but mostly serviceable if you didn't sit on the stools for too long.
I would suggest leaving out some washing detergent for guests while offering a washing machine, as we had to buy a whole bottle for one load.
