Staya Antasari by Kozystay - Cilandak

Very clean, has shopping mall very good staff and very responsive

All was very good

The building is pretty new with easy access to Foodhall and some small restos and shops. The location is great if you are looking for a calmer area in cipete/cilandak area. The swimming pool was the star of the stay! The pool was big enough, clean and beautiful! The room was smaller than I expected but the kitchen had everything i needed! The kitchenware were spotless. Kozystaff staff was AMAZING. The Guest Service team were SO kind and helpful from the moment I arrived until checked out they were just amazing!!

When I arrived I tried to use the sink in the kitchen and when I opened the kabinet under the sink it smelled really bad, I wrote to the staff on WhatsApp and they sent someone right away to fix it. I hope the owner will find a way to fix that problem.

The apartment complex is modern and new. The gym and pool were quite good. There are nice places to eat around. Staff were helpful.

The unit I was staying was so noisy from the highway and other noises at night, couldn't sleep well, and the apartment unit was smaller than what I imagined.
