The staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is perfect coz it's near Woolies and coffee shop too. The facilities are great. It is ideal for those who love to cook their food. They have microwave and fridge. And to my surprise, they even have a hair blower :-)

The staff are accommodating, even when public transport delays mean I arrive late!

Customer service in the lead up terrible. On arrival, the lady at reception was lovely. The toilet had clearly been used and was not clean (there was somebody's business still in there! A poo! Revolting!) The room although large with an enclosed balcony, is old and dated. The towels threadbare. The location is great. I wouldn't stay there again.
