    I always enjoy my stays here - the staff are great, and they always manage to find me a quieter room. Great location if you need to be in or around the Carlton area.

    Customer service in the lead up terrible. On arrival, the lady at reception was lovely. The toilet had clearly been used and was not clean (there was somebody's business still in there! A poo! Revolting!) The room although large with an enclosed balcony, is old and dated. The towels threadbare. The location is great. I wouldn't stay there again.
