The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Marassi Marina promenade. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. The balcony also offers a lovely side view of the marina.
What I didn’t like was the hotel’s policy of charging an additional fee for room cleaning.

the location not like the photo that you share , also no Wi fi, the staff did allow you to come to the room before 3 pm , by one minute , you must check out by 12 pm exactly , did not gave u 5 minute more .

The view is amazing, the apartment is vast, clean fitted with modern new furniture. the staff is helpful and accommodation

Beach club house
We planned to watch world club semifinal match in beach club house, when we arrive there, the security told us that it’s only for home owners .. I told him that this is my right to enter as hotel guests have access to club house by Emaar laws. After hard and long negotiations, they allowed us to enter (they were insisting that they made a favor and I insisted that it is my right).. There is no communication between beach guys and the hotel.
