Exceptional hospitality and a perfect apartment!

We stayed at Fenix Apartment during a difficult moment: we arrived in Thessaloniki, but the rental car company we had booked with didn’t give us the car – we were completely stranded. Luckily, Yanis, turned out to be an amazing person. He went out of his way to help us find another car rental company and showed incredible kindness and support when we needed it most. We’re so grateful! The apartment is in a great location, well-connected and convenient for exploring Kassandra. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Huge thanks to Yanis for his warmth and helpfulness. Highly recommended – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Good location, comfort room and great host.

The property is on the main road and easy accessible. Despite the road it is quiet and the room, including the bathroom and the balcony are spacious. Also the host was very helpful and nice.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Der Chef hat sich um jedes meiner Anliegen gekümmert. Sehr freundlich. Nah am Strand. (Badeschuhe nötig). Einige Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Das Einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist, dass es unter dem Bett relativ staubig war. Das hat nicht zum Rest der Sauberkeit gepasst.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente e gli spazi comuni sono ampi. Le camere risultano pulite e il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile

Il bagno ha dimensioni piuttosto ridotte. La finestra della camera si affaccia direttamente sul corridoio esterno, quindi deve restare sempre chiusa. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono chiaramente le voci dei vicini. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il pagamento delle tasse locali, che ci sono state richieste nuovamente nonostante fossero già incluse nella prenotazione

Yatak konforluydu, küçük bir mutfak vardı, yemek pişirmek zor olabilir ama basit kahvaltı için yeterliydi.

Banyosu çok küçüktü ve havalandırması yetersizdi. Banyo duş perdesi ile ayrılmıştı ancak bütün su banyoya yayılıyordu.

Fenix je najbolji

Prijatno i ljubazno osoblje, susretljivo za sve zahteve. Objekat je sveže okrečen, uredno, sadrži sve potrebne sitnice i i vidi se trud domaćina u sitnim detaljima. Odličan položaj za istraživanje plaža na Halkidikiju. Jedan od retkih smeštaja u Grčkoj koji IMA odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Ne bih imao šta da zamerim.

Πρόσφατα και πολύ καλά ανακαινισμένο κατάλυμα. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος!!! Εύχομαι καλές δουλειές....
