Bamboo Breeze Jaffna

The whole house is well presented and an interesting design, there's a generous amount of space for everyone, it's modern and well equipped. Owner was professional and responded quickly. I would love to give this 10/10, but sadly I can't.

The main issue is the poor level of cleaning. The main bathroom was not cleaned, the mirror and shower glass were dirty, the tap didn't work. The floors and surfaces, the kitchen, especially the sink and fridge, everywhere was not cleaned. Wardrobes and cupboards had rubbish in from previous occupants. Wipe your hand or walk barefoot and it was grimy. As such, we did not use any of the facilities - kitchen, outdoor seating areas or the roof terrace because it was dirty. We used the rooms to sleep only, cleaned the bathrooms ourselves and ate out. The bedding was clean thankfully, or we wouldn't have stayed. It's such a shame, it needs a deep clean from top to bottom. It pains me to share some photos, but I hope they sort this out because the house is otherwise amazing.

It’s the perfect location for the temple festival. A tastefully done house. The owners of the property were very efficient in dealing with a small problem we had.

A microwave oven will be a good addition

Nice villa, nicely decorated, nice roof top terrace and relaxing area. The owner is super nice, very friendly and helpful.

It is an amazing property, with everything you need. Such a shame that the cleaners let the property down. The owner was very helpful and sent the cleaners a couple of times when we checked-in but the cleaners were not very good. We ended up buying surface wipes and wiping down the toilet surfaces before use. Having good cleaners with attention to detail will make all the difference.
