Achei bem localizado fiz a maioria dos passeios a pé. Zelador super educado e um silêncio absurdo zero barulho.
Infelizmente o calor foi muito, ventilador não atendeu a necessidade, época de verão um ventilador não aguenta. Tem o ar-condicionado mas não funciona , vira um forno por ser apenas 2 cômodos. Achei limpo o ap, porém não tinha os itens de limpeza e papel higiênico, saco para colocar no lixo tive que comprar. A chave do ap quarto estava emperrando tem que ter cuidado para não travar e quebrar ao abrir ou ao fechar.

Condomínio organizado, limpo e sem barulho. Boa localização. Por ser temporada não tivemos problemas com falta de água.
O apartamento deveria ter mais de um ventilador ou melhor um ar condicionado. A limpeza não era das melhores. O ventilador do teto soltava pó das hélices. Notável que há muito tempo não eram limpas. A torneira do tanque não fechava totalmente e pingava; desperdício de água. As chaves deveriam ser entregues no local e não a 4km da locação. Não tinha detergente e nem pano de prato. Coisas básicas. Conforme a nova lei as diárias devem ser de 12h. Não foi o que ocorreu. Entramos as 15h00 e tivemos de sair as 13h00.
