We were impressed by the high quality of the amenities provided. The water dispenser came in handy as well. Location was strategic towards BCS & Grand Batam Malls, though there were traffic jams on weekends. Security also helped to receive our GrabFood orders.
There was a bad leakage in the toilet! We found the spare towels & used them to dry the floor. Hung them to dry on the balcony, but was told off by Security. We informed the housekeeper about the issue, and he asked us to mop the toilet! On our vacation, seriously?! We managed to find the leaking tap & shut it off, only to discover later that it was the tap to refill the cistern, so it had to stay open. We then dragged 1 of the chairs to the balcony, so that we could hang the wet towels to dry, after we manually wrung them.
