appartement rénové très bien équipé. appartement spacieux. pas de nuisances sonores du voisinage. Quartiers assez jolis et pittoresques aux alentours.
Le parquet rénové a un défaut de conception et fait des craquements à chaque pas ce qui peut déranger ceux qui dorment.
