Lovely house. Good layout, nice furniture, practical front & back patios, excellent parking situation. Nice kitchen, stocked with staples (coffee, salt, sugar, etc.). And believe it or not, the best rack for drying clothes I’ve ever used. Short walk to the main beach, 25-minute walk to the historic city center. Nicola and Alessia are very nice, and they responded to our last-minute booking within an hour or so. They also provided recommendations on places to go, including restaurants. (Try nearby Les Arenas for pizza. Amazing.) We recommend staying there, particularly if you have a car and want to drive to beaches, archaeological sites, and elsewhere.

The bed in the main bedroom is extremely squeaky, even with only one person in bed. (Note: Other reviewers have mentioned the lack of shower curtains, but this is very Italian, similar to our old apartment in Napoli. Use the downstairs shower only for cleaning off sand after the beach. Sit down in the bath when using the upstairs shower if you want to avoid getting water everywhere. Do this, and it’s all fine.)

Posizione centrale in Alghero, prospiciente la lunga passeggiata. Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutto. Due bagni, due terrazzini (uno in ombra la mattina, uno la sera), il parcheggio privato. A 50 metri dalla splendida spiaggia. Nicola gentilissimo e premurosissimo.

Ottima posizione qualità prezzo, pulitissima, ordinata ben attrezzata, ma soprattutto gentilezza e cortesia in primis. Veramente meravigliosa sia la casa che l'hoste.
