The house was clean

The experience was horrible. The house was cold which caused some of my family members to get sick. All the supplies that were supposed to be provided were not. It was crazy having to go back and forth over the phone with the property maintenance about the heat. Then the owners are controlling the heat and turns if off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping making the house colder when it’s 40 degrees outside. No hot water in the main bedroom and no vents for air to circulate in that room made it worse. I asked for heater and they would not bring any, not even a blanket that first night. Being on the phone back and forth with people half the night is not good when your family is suffering. No extra blankets they would not bring. I had to buy my own heater to warm the place up. I need a partial refund for this.
