Erdvus, tvarkingas butas. Šalia tramvajaus stotelė, kelios maisto parduotuvės, kepyklėlės. Iki senamiesčio apie 40 min. ėjimo. Nemokamas parkingas požeminėje aikštelėje. Šeimininkai maloniai ir konkrečiai suteikė visą reikiamą informaciją.
Maža pastaba dėl pagalvių, jos labai nepatogios: aukštos, kietos ir didelės.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit direkter Anbindung per S-Bahn vor der Haustür. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist ein großer Vorteil, aber Achtung,bei der Einfahrt müssen je nach Fahrzeugbreite die Außenspiegel eingeklappt werden.
Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist sehr nahe an der Wohnung und sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten sich auf diesen Umstand einstellen, Die Sauberkeit des Aufzuges
