Good location with shops, public transport, and local amenities within walking distance. Free street parking, which was usually easy to find. The neighborhood is generally quiet and peaceful. The apartment was neat and offered good value for money. We mainly needed a place to sleep while visiting family nearby, and for an inexpensive stay it met our basic needs. If you are looking for a simple, budget-friendly place to sleep rather than a place to spend a lot of time relaxing, it can be a suitable option.

The apartment is quite small, so it is not particularly suitable for spending a lot of time indoors. Being on the ground floor, natural daylight is very limited. There is a neighboring dog that barks frequently, sometimes for no apparent reason. The bathroom could use some attention. There were visible signs of mold, ventilation seemed insufficient. It’s difficult to warm the bathroom in colder months hence the issue. We also experienced a drainage issue that required us to call a plumber and cover the cost ourselves. For a stay of nine nights, cleaning supplies such as a bucket and mop were not provided, so we purchased them ourselves. We also had to request additional towels. The sofa in the kitchen area was not very comfortable. Another minor inconvenience was that there was a coffee machine available, but no coffee capsules were provided. We tried to buy some locally, but the required capsules were impossible to find and were not available in nearby stores. Luckily there were other ways to make coffee

Le canapé pliable qui fait lit .. vraiment pas confortable! C'est un appartement plutôt prévu pour 2 personnes adultes .. pas pour des enfants. Le canapé lit est très dur et on y dort très mal.

Erg donker omdat het waarschijnlijk vroeger een garage was terwijl het erg licht lijkt op de foto, badkamer bleef een geur afgeven, keuken is niet fully equipped (geen bruikbaar fornuis, heel basic pannen), cleaning kwam vóór check-out, contact met de beheerder viel tegen toen we vroegen of ze contact kon nemen met de bovenburen vanwege het boren
