Modern studio close to the beach - terrace, free parking, restaurants close

Заселение прошло на отлично. Инструктаж был подробный и понятный. Месторасположение — это конечно главное из плюсов. Близко к пляжу. Неподалёку множество кафе и ресторанов, а так же и SPA. Очень удобная кровать и отличный душ. Мягкий и комфортный диван. Хорошая терраса, на которой можно хорошо посидеть вечером. Радушный и отзывчивый хозяин: было жарко и он привёз новый и очень хороший поворотный вентилятор на стойке. Check-in went perfectly. The instructions were detailed and clear. The sofa is soft and comfortable. A nice terrace is perfect for relaxing in the evening. The host was welcoming and helpful: it was hot, so he brought a new, very good, adjustable fan on a stand.

Рядом футбольное поле и все выходные было шумно, из-за проходящих на нём соревнований. Нет кондиционера, что нас ошеломило, т.к. дом новый. Хозяин компенсировал этот минус привезённым вентилятором и бутылочкой игристого коктейльного напитка. Не работает вытяжка на кухне и в душевой, да и в апартаментах в целом очень плохая вентиляция Маловато места для троих конечно... Эта студия определённо будет более комфортна только для пары. There's a soccer field nearby, and the competitions there made it noisy all weekend. There's no air conditioning, which surprised us, as the house is new. The owner compensated for this by bringing a fan and a bottle of sparkling cocktail. The exhaust fan in the kitchen and shower doesn't work, and the ventilation in the apartment overall is very poor. It's certainly not enough space for three... This studio would definitely be more comfortable for just a couple.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to the Pärnu beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Pärnu.
