La chiave antica

This home is a perfect mix of representation of classic Alberobello and a modern touch. Everything has been considered to accommodate guests in the best way. It is located right in the heart with a short walk to the main strip of shops and surroundings. It has great facilities with strong aircon in each room, various USB ports in sockets in bedrooms and an adjustable couch for any angle of sitting! It was easy to get to and the hosts were very accommodating too.

We had a wonderful stay at La Chiave Antica. The accommodation is a beautiful traditional trullo and everything was extremely clean, comfortable and arranged with great attention to detail. You can really tell that a lot of care has been put into each and every detail. The place is spacious and perfect even for more than two people, as there are two beds and plenty of room. It also has two lovely terraces: one upstairs, with a beautiful view over the trulli cityand another one downstairs, annexed to the kitchen, where you can sit, relax or enjoy a meal or breakfast. Everything we needed was provided: water in the fridge, sweets, amenities and many thoughtful little touches that made the stay even nicer. The hosts were truly great: very kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even drove us to the bus station, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely experience in a beautiful, spotless and well-equipped trull. Highly recommended!

Trullo di recentissima ristrutturazione, in una posizione ottimale in quanto vicina al centro ma in una zona molto silenziosa. La struttura è davvero MERAVIGLIOSA, bella come dalle foto ma ancora di più dal vivo, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e con tutti i comfort di cui si può aver bisogno (ciabattine monouso, macchina del caffè e cialde, bollitore, anche fette biscottate e biscottini vari per fare colazione, ecc). La terrazzina al piano superiore è perfetta per una colazione intima. Il proprietario e la figlia sono stati due padroni di casa davvero gentili e disponibili. Se torneremo ad Alberobello, torneremo sicuramente in questo trullo che ci è rimasto nel cuore!

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minutes’ walk from the historic centre, this beautifully restored trullo had everything we could have wanted. Very clean, high quality finishings, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the small terrace upstairs was an amazing place to watch the sunset with a glass of Primitivo. Angela and her family were great hosts, very helpful and informative.
