The location was great, particularly for events at the Crystal Palace Bowl. A parking spot was provided if you're driving, but Noorwood train station is nearby if you use the train.
With the hot weather, could've done with a bigger fan.

A very convenient location for the station. Be very mindful of Norwood junction in the summer months in the evening. South London has its own atmosphere and you need to stay safe. Don't forget a damage deposit & I.D. check is required as a separate transfer prior to arrival, but there was no hassle is refunding upon check out.
The communal door entry system is faulty and does not release from the Intercom button. there is no door bell to access from the car park without a Key Fob already.

The apartment is relatively modern and quiet at night. Has everything you need as all well equipped. We think when not rented someone lives there, as food in the freezer/cupboards and 2 locked doors. Location is 1.5 miles from the train station and the park.
The requirement for 150 deposit and 2 forms of ID seems OTT and didn't find easy to provide as no what's app initially provided so fudged an email to them through the app, but not sure they received, then chased me on the day for the ID. Not entirely conducive to a relaxing stay. Said would provide access details at 230, but got there at check-in time 3pm amd still not provided. chased and they said still cleaning as late checkout so in at 310. Little annoying 😑
