The building itself but the inside of the apartment is lovely.

A very convenient location for the station. Be very mindful of Norwood junction in the summer months in the evening. South London has its own atmosphere and you need to stay safe. Don't forget a damage deposit & I.D. check is required as a separate transfer prior to arrival, but there was no hassle is refunding upon check out.

The communal door entry system is faulty and does not release from the Intercom button. there is no door bell to access from the car park without a Key Fob already.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it feel welcoming right away. The location was also a big plus, with easy access to public transport. One of the highlights was how well-equipped the space was. Everything I needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra tissue paper and extra bed, which made the stay very convenient. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, the property offered great value and a very comfortable experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The living room/kitchen and bedroom were comfortable. There was a handy bus stop to get to where we wanted just outside. The place is a good option if they can fix the communication issues.

I got a request prior to arriving for a mandatory £150 deposit and to send photo ID. This was in the description but I rarely read these things properly so was a nuisance/surprise. Communication was pretty poor. I received a message saying my booking was cancelled the day before our stay. They spotted their error reasonably promptly but not before I was literally just about to push the button on booking another place to stay. I received another message telling me that checkout was at 8am which again had to be corrected to 10am. I received a great many repeated automated messages telling me about the stay. That being said, the host was generally fairly prompt with corrections and clarifications. There is a smell that hits you when you walk into the hallway. I think we got used to it pretty quickly. I think it might come up through the drains. The property is described as "Luxury" but it is generally just of decent, budget standard. I'd suggest removing that unnecessary descriptor. I'd also suggest they get a decorator in to fix the silicon/caulking, as it's a properly untidy job that's been done, but the place is nice otherwise.
