If you are looking for a place to drop your luggage and do your work or travel the city, this is definitely the place to be, especially if you are a solo traveler. Located near the station and bus stand. It has neat washrooms and no water issue.

They have the capsule beds that are weird. These single bed 3x6 rooms are partitioned by boards and do not touch the ceiling so you can hear even the next bed person typing. Everyone keeps talking and play music loudly. You can hear some old person coughing badly. The washrooms aren't dirty but they don't seem hygienic somehow. The stairs landing space is dirty af and people just sit there, smoke and throw the buds around. The whole idea of this setup is inconvenient if you want a comfortable stay. It's more like a one night halt if you happen to miss a train. It might just be how things are in kozhikode though. I saw worse dorms too.
The staff were helpful and polite.
