Stayed at Hotel New Kabalana and was such a fun and a relaxing stay. The room was spacious and comfy with a huge bathroom and the sea view was such a bonus ! The highlight of the stay was Miss Surangi in the front office. Such a sunshine of a person ! She was extremely attentive, kind and hospitable and made us feel very comfortable and safe. The breakfast was amazing and it had so much options.
The cleanliness of the pool can be improved. Bathrooms were spacious and nice but could could’ve been more clean.

Chaminda was very good. He was understanding and always willing to help. Highly recommend the hotel only for this person
Price can be more reasonable. Swimming pool timing can be better. Hookah can be improved as it was a waste of money

When we finally (after full day of fighting) received the room (Double with sea view) we actually booked, the view from it was perfect.
The ignorant employees of the hotel. During the day I kept asking the room we booked, I noticed I was not alone. There were always some other person with similar problem - they were promised something, but never kept the promise.
Frustrating attitude.
