Everything was very well laid out and clean. There is some road noise but it doesn’t intrude at night for sure. Lovely comfy place to stay for a few days. WiFi is excellent.

Excellent Location. Car parking was never a problem. Not disturbed by noise from the road. Comfortable and spacious. Home delivery from local supermarket on our arrival.
The fridge was unstable and there was one broken shelf. The saucepans need cleaning thoroughly or replacing. Not enough glass tumblers for 4 adults. The wet room needs regrouting. Generally needs some tlc.

Spacious accomodation.
Dogs allowed.
Understandably, extra cleaning is required when dogs have been present, I think a set price for dog visits rather than individual price for each dog, each day.
The clean would be required regardless of how many dogs present.

Being our first time within a private property, we are extremely impressed.
Both Richard and Mandy have done an amazing job in transforming the barns, which blend in well with the surroundings.
Interior decor and facilities : Amazing.
Exterior facilities : A nice field area for a leisurely jog / relax in the morning.
Looking forward to returning in the near future !
Kind Regards,
Paul
