Excellent location and comfortable stay for a short trip. Owner was very approachable and responsive and the property felt safe. The bed was very comfortable.
The room is very clean though basic in its design and facilities and rather small. But more than fine for a short trip to Alicante.

Our stay was really pleasant and everything went smoothly. From accessing the building and room (by the way, there is no need to turn hard the knobs :))), to the room itself. The bed is comfy, shower runs perfectly and the windows keep the noise out. The room was nice and clean. The property has a great location. Our host was very attentive and checked up on us during our stay, a detail that I really appreciated.

Very good location, clean . The property owner was very kind (never seen him), practically daily asked if we miss anything, offered help.
It was difficult to store cloths which you do not hang . Missed a little shelter to put e.g underwares.
