Haad Yao Villa 13 Luxury Sea View & Pool

From the moment we arrived we knew we had picked the perfect place. The photos are beautiful, but they honestly don’t do the atmosphere justice. The balcony sea view is breathtaking. The villa itself is brand new, loft-style, and feels incredibly spacious with its high ceilings and stylish design. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The host has thought of everything, from the high quality linens and very comfortable bed, to the welcome local fruits basket and snacks. Additionally the place vas incredibly clean, very quiet, and located right in the heart of Had Yao , just few minutes walk from the beach, massage places and restaurants making it so easy to explore. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a luxury home rather than just a rental,thank you very much Francis and Daniel for makes of stay memorable, we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to koh phangan.

Bellissima e moderna villa, con una terrazza affacciata su una delle più belle spiagge dell’isola, in una posizione ideale per sposarsi da una spiaggia all’altra, vicino c’è What’s cup ideale per una colazione con vista sulla baia, Scooter rent e ristorante italiano, ringrazio Francesco per l’ospitalità e spero di poter tornare.

The property was immaculately clean and well equipped with all the essential kitchen items. The view was spectacular and it was very peaceful and quiet to sleep ( except a few nights with the bar next door). You cannot hear all the motorbikes at all and you feel like you are well and truly away in paradise. The bed and the indoor and outdoor couches were super comfortable. The wifi was fast as I had a lot of work to do. The staff were very responsive to all the questions I had, especially during power outages. When I made a complaint about loud music coming from next door at a late hour it was dealt with in 2 mins! The beach at Haad Yao is sooo pretty and it is a bit of a steep downhill climb but you can take the golf cart back uphill. You are close enough to all the yoga places but far enough away so it’s quiet- amazing location!

For the price I would have expected the villa to be cleaned more than once a week and the coffee replenished each week. I would have also expected there was water in the fridge when I arrived or at least some bottles dropped off every few days like other luxury apartments I have stayed at in KP.
