De faciliteiten. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren beschikbaar. Het is zo fijn om dat niet mee te hoeven nemen. Er waren zelfs een paar afwasblokjes voor de vaatwasser. We hebben die 1 keer hoeven draaien, maar was echt een gemak. In beide slaapkamers was een ventilator. Onmisbaar in dit warme weekend. Heel tevreden over alles wat beschikbaar was!

Echt tegenvallers waren er niet. Er zijn alleen 2 fanatieke hanen die al vroeg de dag starten. Dat gaat best een tijdje door en dan bemoeien er zich nog wat kippen tegenaan. Omdat het dit weekend warm was wilden we graag het raam open. Nu ben ik altijd vroeg wakker, dus voor mij was het geen probleem. Voor mijn partner was dat iets anders. Maar het is persoonlijk.

The house is nice and spacious enough for three people. It was quite clean and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

The main reason for my low rating is due to two issues. First of all, we asked twice for a hair dryer (as there wasn’t one in the apartment) and were completely ignored. When you travel in winter with a three-year-old child, the minimum you expect is to be able to dry their hair. We were simply ghosted. The second issue is something that is becoming increasingly common among hosts on Booking and Airbnb: saving a few cents on basic supplies that should be provided. In our case, we were given only one roll of toilet paper for a five-day stay, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. This is not what you expect after paying 600 euros for five nights. It comes across as greedy and is especially inconvenient when traveling by plane, as you don’t plan to buy basic supplies just to get through your stay. Supplies that you cannot bring back as you would do on a car trip. Overall, the experience gave the impression that the place is neglected, with no one properly taking care of it.
