Villa Zlatne NiTi with heated pool

Een heerlijk verblijf bij Villa Zlatne NiTi Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Villa Zlatne NiTi! Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact met Marko, de eigenaar, persoonlijk, warm en prettig. De villa is prachtig, nieuw, modern en alles was schoon en keurig verzorgd. Wat ons vooral opviel, was het gevoel van rust, veiligheid en comfort. Ondanks dat we op vakantie waren, voelde de villa voor ons gezin meteen als een tweede thuis. Het zwembad maakte het verblijf helemaal compleet. Heerlijk om na een dag eropuit te komen en lekker te ontspannen. Ook de parkeergelegenheid is uitstekend: we konden onze auto veilig op het eigen terrein parkeren. De omgeving voelde al heel veilig aan, maar de garage gaf ons toch dat extra stukje zekerheid. Een prachtige villa, een geweldige gastheer en een plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden. Wij komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug! ❤️

Everything was great! The house is big, comfortable, has everything you need, while are you there. Marco was extraordinary, he helped us every time we needed something, he always wanted to help us and overall it was the best villa experience I ever had.

Extremely friendly and helpful host in Marko who couldn't do enough for us, including allowing us to drop bags due to an early flight arrival and informing us when Villa was ready. Communication at all times excellent. All the facilities were very modern and the entire villa very clean. Really liked the integrated sound system, the darts board in the garage and the pool was great. Location in a neighbourhood which is a bit rundown but looks as though it is in the process of being redeveloped (a lot of villas, being renovated when we were there), 10 mins walk from a big supermarket and an easy 15-20 mins walk to the beach and main strip with as many bars and restaraunts you could need for a week or so stay. It was very hot when we were there so having a car might have been helpful but definitely not essential - Ubers were easily available and cheap. Also very easy trip to airport - could have easily done by bus. Would definitely book again :-)

The only thing about the location was being directly (and I mean directly!) on the flight path for Split airport, once we were used to it, we actually quite enjoyed watching them go over (literally a few hundred feet above the villa!) and after a few days we hardly noticed them.
