Villa Zlatne NiTi with heated pool

Extremely friendly and helpful host in Marko who couldn't do enough for us, including allowing us to drop bags due to an early flight arrival and informing us when Villa was ready. Communication at all times excellent. All the facilities were very modern and the entire villa very clean. Really liked the integrated sound system, the darts board in the garage and the pool was great. Location in a neighbourhood which is a bit rundown but looks as though it is in the process of being redeveloped (a lot of villas, being renovated when we were there), 10 mins walk from a big supermarket and an easy 15-20 mins walk to the beach and main strip with as many bars and restaraunts you could need for a week or so stay. It was very hot when we were there so having a car might have been helpful but definitely not essential - Ubers were easily available and cheap. Also very easy trip to airport - could have easily done by bus. Would definitely book again :-)

The only thing about the location was being directly (and I mean directly!) on the flight path for Split airport, once we were used to it, we actually quite enjoyed watching them go over (literally a few hundred feet above the villa!) and after a few days we hardly noticed them.

Das Haus war super modern eingerichtet und hatte alles was man sich an Ausstattung wünschen konnte. Von Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum über ein vollwertiges Smarthome-System bis hin zur Küchenausstattung war alles perfekt. Auch der Garten mit Pool war sehr einladend. Zudem war alles in perfektem Zustand und außergewöhnlich sauber. Marko, der Vermieter, war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar zum Flughafen gefahren.

Es gab wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln (und wir haben tatsächlich lange überlegt ob uns was einfällt)

Villa was very clean and every little detail was perfect. Kitchen had everything you needed. Heated pool was clean and big enough. Eight people fit well.

The property was really beautiful and well equipped with all the kitchen, laundry essentials. The owner made sure that we feel like home. They were so kind that they allowed us to check out a bit later when we requested. The property had giant swimming pool where we enjoyed with our kids. It was very close to the Airport, hardly 5 min drive. The split city center was only 30 min drive from the property
