Balcony perfect with great views. It was great to see people having fun and relaxing. It made me relax too.

No hair dryer and balcony door would stick, small issues reported abs in action

I liked how well designed this apartment is, it has a privacy sliding door that separates the room from the living room where the kids slept on the pull out couch.

Nothing as I stayed in different apartments in the Oaks but this one was the best.

Location was amazing with stunning views from the balcony. Pool was lovely and the staff at the hotel were very polite and courteous. Easy to get to local shops and cafes. Clean bedding and towels were readily available in the room and air con available although the weather was perfect and we didn’t need it much.

It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment but it is a one bedroom with a pull out sofa in the lounge room. Bathroom mirror needs replacing as it’s heavily stained, washing machine cuts off half way through, toilet cistern constantly runs, but we tried to pretend it was a water feature. At night time, a few small cockroaches crawled out from behind the mirror in the bathroom. We immediately contacted the property via messages to advise it was not a two bedroom apartment but they are closed on weekends. Upon departure, I spoke with the business that handles the rental and whilst they were polite, they claimed that it is booking.coms fault that it was advertised as a two bedroom apartment being that AI Bots must of changed the description and picked up the sofa as a bedroom, they were apologetic but at no time did they offer a partial refund.
