We spent more than a week in this excellently located apartment. Easy access to cycling routes: the Dolce Via greenway (you open the garden gate and you're on it), Via Rhona and the Voie Douce de la Payre (Le Pouzin - Privas). Bicycle shed for our rental bikes.
The apartment is spacious and quiet, supermarkets nearby. We kept our car in the big public parking place in front of the College Les Trois Vallees 200m away, there was always space. Even though it was very hot, it was easy to keep the apartment cool, we just kept the shutters down during the hottest part of the day.
