The location on the park was great, very short walk to all the entertainment, shops and restaurants. The accommodation was superb, comfy beds with an en-suite to the main bedroom, great pullout bed in the lounge area and comfortable twin room with family bathroom. The owners have created a booklet to help with everything you need including some useful numbers in the local area. The kitchen didn’t disappoint every utensil, pot, pan, crockery etc was supplied and clean upon our arrival making it easy to cook with a dishwasher (we didn’t use this though) to clean up. Comfortable outside seating and garden furniture on the decking to eat outside or to sit back and relax. There is a bus and little train that goes approximately every 15 minutes from the resort to the main town, piers and pleasure beach at a reasonable cost which makes it easier than driving as during peak times it’s difficult to park in Great Yarmouth itself and can be costly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is only a side note but if you plan to use the entertainment you might like to look into park passes before your arrival as these are rather expensive. (Around £30+ per adult for short stay. These include entry to the pools, main entertainment venue and onsite activities) you CAN still use the restaurants, arcades and shops without the passes. We booked as accommodation only and NOT as a ‘package deal’ so we were aware of the additional costs before we arrived.
