Ahmad Alomari is a very friendly and generous host! Communication is easy in English and even German He provided great help with transport, self-guided hiking, and shopping which was essential to me as a visitor without car. The Beit Pilodemus 2 is located in beautiful solitude in an olive grove, about 3 km away from Umm Qais and the Roman City ruins. There is a great view from the house's roof top.
Absolutely nothing to worry about.

Beit Philodemus 2 located at the middle of the country side of Umm Qays north of Jordan 🇯🇴 with 360 views Lebanon Syria and Palestine can be seen in a clear day. The house is very clean comfortable beds and small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and drinks . The owner Ahmad Alomari he is a guide was born I the archaeological site of Gadara. We were lucky to find him available and could make the tour with him. Ther is bikes in the house which you can use for free. I highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet
