Clean, quiet and comfortable with a decent little kitchen. Loads of extra touches that we really appreciated (soaps and cleaning products, coffee, laundry stuff). Great location close to the centre - lots of places to eat etc nearby. Responsible staff.

VERY annoying online check in system that wants all your personal data. Unclear instructions to find the key (photos are baffling). I paid for late checkout which the stupid online system accepted and charged me for and then it turned out was not available. They did refund me - the staff are good - but they need to get rid of the online system. It’s useless.

It was well appointed, all that you need for your stay. The key process needs a huge overhaul as was told to collect keys from the hotel over the road, keys not there, had to wait 20min for someone to arrive to let us in, she then didn't have the building fob, so we had to wait 50min for her to return with that before we could collect the cases from the car. Not ideal after a 36hr flight. The apartment itself is lovely, however the building is very noisy with students partying all night. Great if you don't need sleep or mind the constant slamming of doors. Close to all amenities.

Very noisy, constant slamming of doors from 5 in the morning to late at night. I did not need an alarm as my neighbour slammed their door every morning at 530.
