Lovely comfortable room - bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!!
So clean and lovely little touches, tea,coffee, biscuits & a pot of porridge, cold drinks in a mini fridge and a large bottle of cool water when we arrived.
Toiletries in the bathroom and very thoughtful make-up wipes
Walking distance from Wembley Stadium and parking
Helen was lovely - you can tell that she enjoys hosting guests

Hosts were very welcoming to my daughter and niece who are very inexperienced travellers to London making their time at a concert less stressful.

Great Location
Decent size room, however road noise woke me up in the morning unexpectedly noisy sleeping conditions with other people in and out of their own rooms and wasn’t quite expecting it to be as “shared” as it was.
Someone else’s fake eyelashes on the bed upon arrival.
2/3 of the wardrobes and dresses were locked.
Very overpriced
