Proximity to where we were planning to go, very convenient. Lobby is very nice.
There wasn't housekeeping services, so we had to get our own towels and creamer, etc, I would think for four nights maybe one housekeeping service works be provided. Also, when I booked the unit did not include a balcony s stated in the description of what was included. We were also situated next to the ice machine so everytime someone went to the ice machine we could hear it in our room.. I also requested the size of the bed and never received a response.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, lovely grounds around the property.
We have stayed at this location before, but we liked that stay better, more comfortable king-size bed then. We did not like using the Murphy Bed in our room this time; and the mini-fridge was unusable because the door would not close due to ice build-up in the freezer from a previous occupant of the room. These issues (and the room rate) left us feeling less than happy, unfortunately. Also, the 10 o’clock checkout time seemed unusually early.

Location and cleanliness was great
A designated parking spot and lit walkway to our room would have been nice
