Malonus šeimininkas. Operatyviai ir aiškiai atsakinėjo į žinutes, atsiliepdavo į skambutį. Patiko tai, kad virtuvėlėje yra visi reikalingi reikmenys, gerai šaldantis šaldytuvas, mikrobangų krosnelė. Yra skalbimo mašina. Taip pat patiko, kad kambariuose 2 kondicionieriai, daug rozečių. Labai gera automobilio stovėjimo aikštelė su Nr. rezervuota - pažymėta vieta.
Reikėtų patobulinti: įkelti viso pastato nuotrauką, nes sunkoka rasti pagal adresą. Ir prie įvažiavimo į asfaltuotą taką, kuris veda prie gyvenamosios vietos, pakabinti užrašą - rodyklę, nurodančią poilsiavietės pavadinimą arba adresą. Reikėtų patobulinti dušą: įmontuoti dušo padą, nes prastas vandens nutekėjimas ir vanduo kaupiasi ant grindų. Duše reikėtų pakabinti užuolaidėles. Trūksta gyvatuko! Miegamajame reikėtų geresnio apšvietimo, užuolaidėlių ant lango. Nėra WI FI, neveikia Tv.
