Very comfortable, modern decor, excellent facilities, good location

The location. Right next to the metro, a supermarket and boulangerie. Underground parking. Nespresso machine, air fryer and a visit from a cat.

There is a lot of activity in the square, which makes it very noisy and witnessed petty crime and drug dealing, did not feel safe there. The property did not have a hot tub or barbecue as advertised. Our bedroom door would not close as broken.

Easy parking inside building. We were met and shown where to park and where the apartment was. Large kitchen, patio, washing machine. Steps from the metro, we took it to Toulouse both days. Grocery store and bakery right outside the building.

No door for the bedroom.

La ubicación del alojamiento, si bien cuenta con buenas conexiones de transporte, se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad, a una distancia considerable del centro. Por otra parte, y si bien esto no es responsabilidad directa del anfitrión, debo mencionar que los filtros de la plataforma de Booking no funcionaron con total precisión. Yo buscaba específicamente un aparta-hotel, y en la publicación no queda suficientemente claro que este alojamiento en particular no lo es, sino que se trata de un apartamento privado al estilo Airbnb. Si bien no es una crítica al lugar en sí, la verdad es que no se ajustaba a lo que yo estaba buscando.
