The flat was adapted to any family needs in excess. The rooms are so comfy and well designed. The kitchen had top standards, all the kitchen tools and equipment needed were in the flat. The living room was great for us as a family, the dining table incited us to have proper family dining times together. The access to the swimming pool was great, and so good. Rosa left a swimming access card to the swimming area in the flat for us to use. One main bathroom, wonderfull shower, hot and cold as you please, and a toilet equiped with anything for an emergency First Aid situation. The location is very good, 12 minutes walking to Mercadona, there are restaurants and a bar very close to the building. And there is a private parking within the flats complex. I strongly recommended Rosa's apartment to stay in Los Boliches for family, friends due the very good standards of the flat, the price and Rosa's attention.

The only thing was that the freezer par from the fridge was leaking most of the time on the floor, but we are sure that Rosa will sort it out soon. This was a small thing to consider. Overall, a great rental, we will repeat for sure next year.
