The staff were responsive and helpful!
Unfortunately it’s not completely as described I booked a family suite which said its stand out feature was a hot tub and bathroom with a bath and it didn’t have either. The bathroom was fine though. The bedding had to be changed.

The boy Ramzaan put to serve us was sincere and good. Music and dance provided in the evening was excellent. Food variety was nice, though food taste rating would be just good. The driver provided for travel to resort Mr Jusuf Khan was good.
The location was amidst 4 other resorts, crowded on the periphery and see one more coming up adjacent. So location was not to my expectation. Room was good but they did not provide what we requested : two separate single beds, what was given was a twin bed. Charges for beer extremely high, 3 times or more. Had booked for the Night sky safari; were not taken deeper into the desert. Light pollution at location taken was extremely high. Would like to tell travellers not to take night safari
