Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war sauber, ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Viel schöner als auf den Fotos ✌️ Arkadios ist ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich sehr wichtig ist. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The appertment looked even better in real life! It was also full of accessories: candles, lighter, toiletpaper, 6 bottles of water and wine, fruit. I felt really welcome!

The street itself isnt great, but there are stores, restaurants and public transport nearby.

Our stay here exceeded all expectations. We felt not like tourists, but like long-awaited guests visiting good friends. The host welcomed us warmly, helped with check-in, explained everything in detail, and was always available whenever we had questions. He even prepared a lovely complimentary treat for us, which was such a wonderful start to our holiday. What touched us most was that he also thought about our children — small details like this show genuine care and hospitality. His care and attention could be felt in everything — from the little details in the apartment to his helpful advice about where to go and where to eat. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and cozy, clearly made with love: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pleasant design. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that created a true feeling of home. Spending evenings on the beautiful terrace was a highlight — a perfect place to relax and unwind. We would like to note the excellent location: the metro station is nearby, and the main attractions are within walking distance. We are very grateful to the host for his warm hospitality and genuine care. This is exactly the kind of place you want to come back to and happily recommend to friends.
